Random stuffs
made a special trip to havelock n wasted $15 on getting a new strap for my watch..i know it's kind of dumb but i like to keep things as original as possible..in a way authentic..too bad the watch is an old model so i've only manage to get something similar to the original strap..
i've successfully modded my xbox..almost gave up trying to mod it..somehow i just din give up..guess the only gd thing i have is perserverance though looking at it negatively is just stubborn..had to do some soldering..i nvr tot i would b doing soldering anymore since poly..anyway, it's a gd thing i kept my soldering stuffs..been fiddling with it for the past week..my main purpose was actually to use it as a media streamer..watched a few movies..feels great to have the surround sound n have the comfort of lying on the couch while watching..now i just need a lcd tv for my home theatre system..haha..
met up with ber n co. to play citadel..nelson asked a ger to join us..reminds me of some1 i know..guess the traits r just too common..basically an 'ah lian'..not tt i'm interested in her or wat but somehow it struck me tt the kind of gers tt i had fallen for have some 'lian' traits..not those kind of typical brainless 'ah lians' tt smoke n doesnt study...can't really define a particular kind of personality..but generally those kind of kuai gers but underlying is a little 'lian'...probably bcos i'm some1 lidat too...a bit 'beng' kind even though i usually appear quiet n shy..i had always tot i'm attracted to gers only by their looks cos i'm 1 who's particular abt the looks..
i've come to believe tt it's very true tt we become friends/朋友 bcos we are in similar situations..notice tt 朋 is made up of 2 月..only when we are in the same boat do we become frns..of cos there are exceptions but generally tt's how things are...
expectedly i screwed up my mid-terms..only consoling thing is tt for my programming module test i did relatively much better than majority of the "locals"...anyway, the test only takes up a small percent..again i need to make myself focus..
